THE ICO STATUTES
Original statutes were adopted at Delft in 1948
Rules for the conduct of business determine procedures for dealing with matters not specifically laid down in the Statutes. They are meant to give guidance in general terms to the Bureau and to the Members in matters such as, for example, the provision of grants from the funds of the International Commission for Optics for Symposia and Schools.
